The pathways split upon entrance into the initiate stage. One may choose one path to enter and if so chooses can take an additional path after completion of the intermediate stage of the initial pathway. The pathways follow the cycles of nature: the four seasons, four directions, and four pathways to bring you closer to the heart of Gaia.

Earth Steward
Earth Stewards focus on building a close relationship with the living beings of their region. Their work centres around connecting with the spirits and intelligences of plants, animals, elemental beings, and the land itself, while learning how to listen to, care for, and work in relationship with the place they call home.

Grid Worker
Grid Workers focus on the energetic connections between places. They work with ley lines, dragon lines, sacred sites, and other energetic structures, learning how energy moves across the land and how different areas can be bridged, connected, and brought into greater alignment.

Gate Keeper
Gate Keepers work with thresholds: the places where different energies, spaces, or states of consciousness meet. Their work can involve portals, sacred sites, energetic gateways, and other points of transition, with an emphasis on understanding how to approach, navigate, and hold these spaces responsibly.

Synthesis
Synthesis is the bridge between all of the pathways. Rather than specializing primarily in one area, Synthesizers explore how stewardship, grid work, and gate keeping relate to one another and how each forms part of a larger living system. Their work is about seeing the connections and bringing the different pieces together into a more complete understanding of Earth work.
